“Training-Infrastructure-Finance” (TIF) Strategy for Industrial Development

要旨：
In view of the absence of the universally accepted strategy for industrial development, we would like to propose a new strategy to develop industrial clusters in developing countries based on the historical experience in Japan and East Asia, as well as emerging insights generated by a large number of case studies conducted by our research team in Asia and sub-Saharan Africa.
